Composite gaskets (composite sealing gaskets) are made of rubber rings and metal rings bonded and vulcanized. They are used to seal threads and flange connections. The ring includes a metal ring and a rubber sealing gasket. Metal ring rust-proof treatment, rubber ring generally used oil-resistant nitrile rubber or fluorine rubber. There are two sizes of composite cushion, metric and British. There is a combination of metal cushion and rubber for composite cushion specified in standard JB982-77. The combined gasket is used for sealing threaded pipe joints and plugs. It is generally used with jacketed pipe joints to plug oil outlets. It is mainly used for static sealing at the end of threaded joints of hydraulic valves and pipes. It is suitable for static sealing at the end of threaded joints of British, American, French and German standard metric threads. Composite gaskets can be divided into A type and B type according to their structural forms, and full package and half package according to the difference of encapsulation.
